Fixed citation count badges not displaying on homepage organization cards. Root cause: slug mismatch between nonprofits.ts data (rainforest-foundation) and citations database (rainforest-foundation-us). Updated slug to match database, verified all 9 organizations now display citation badges correctly (8 SOURCES, 6 SOURCES, etc). Confirmed Sources & Evidence section displays properly on organization pages with filter UI and all citations.

Completed Sources & Evidence research for all 9 organizations with 51 total citations. Added citation count badges to homepage organization cards (shows X SOURCES with FileText icon). Implemented source type filter on organization pages (filter by press release, policy page, tax filing, etc). Research findings: GiveCrypto (defunct Dec 2023) and Fidelity Charitable (does not hold Bitcoin) removed from directory. The Water Project recategorized to strong-evidence.

Implemented authoritative citation system for 5 organizations (Rainforest Foundation US, My First Bitcoin, Human Rights Foundation, OpenSats, Brink) with 28 total citations. New database table stores source type (press releases, tax filings, media coverage, blockchain verification, etc.), publication dates, URLs, and key evidence excerpts. Citations display on organization profile pages in numbered cards with source type icons and direct links.

Build comprehensive admin panel at /admin allowing you to review community submissions, approve new organizations, update existing listings, change roadmap item status, and view analytics. Includes role-based access control, bulk operations, and audit logging.

Add trust indicators to organization cards showing "Verified by Community", "Treasury Policy Public", "Annual Reports Available", or "Direct Bitcoin Donations". Badges increase credibility and encourage more submissions from legitimate nonprofits.
